Notetaker: greeting in the meeting chat and speaker names in the live transcript
After being admitted, the notetaker introduces itself in the meeting chat: who is recording, for whom and how to remove it. The live transcript shows who is speaking.
- Greeting in the sender's language Text and link to the note can be switched off centrally.
- Speaker names in the live transcript When exactly one person speaks during a sentence, their name is shown.
- Live status on the note The note shows whether the recording is running, and authorised people can stop it.
