New Print Studio: templates, live changes and assigned approval
The Print Studio has been rebuilt. Ads are created from templates, and texts, fonts, alignment and format can be changed afterwards without generating a new image. Approval is sent to a specific person on the team, and the InDesign file is also available as a snippet to place on a page.
- Templates Create, edit and delete company templates with format, layout and texts. A finished ad can be saved as a template.
- Live changes without a new image Texts, alignment, visibility and font per text layer as well as the format are set again on the existing motif. This does not use any image quota.
- Assigned approval An ad is sent for approval to a specific person who approves it or returns it with a comment. Reminders and notifications keep everyone informed, and downloads are available only after the current version has been approved.
- InDesign snippet Besides the InDesign document, a snippet is available to place on an existing page, with editable text frames and an embedded motif.
