Print Studio: store customer material
Whatever an advertiser sends, such as logo, photos, texts, preferred format and a note, is filed once in the Print Studio. All colleagues see what is new and start a motif from it that already contains everything.
- File and edit material For each advertiser you can file a logo, up to ten photos, slogan, subline, contact details, preferred format and a note, and change them later. The photos are checked like any image and are kept permanently.
- Design from it Any colleague can start a motif from the material and use a customer photo as the motif. As soon as the motif is created, the material counts as used.
- Done, reopen and remove Material can be marked as done without a motif and reopened. Only the owner and administrators can remove it.
