Longer chat answers and an answer length per agent
In chat, agents now write long reports, tables and drafts in full. How detailed an agent answers is set with the answer length Short, Normal or Detailed. If an answer still reaches the limit, the chat shows a notice and can continue writing from there.
- Answer length per agent Short, Normal or Detailed. A user's personal answer length takes precedence.
- Continue writing If an answer reaches the limit, the chat shows that it was cut off and a button to continue writing.
