Dictation in every chat and in the assistants
You can dictate instead of typing in every chat and in the assistants. By default the browser or device recognises speech as before; on request, a dedicated speech recognition running in the company's data zone can be switched on per company.
- Text into the field or send it right away After dictating, the text appears in the input field so it can be edited before sending, or it goes out right away with one tap.
- Dedicated speech recognition in the company's data zone, nothing stored When switched on for the company, speech recognition runs in the company's data zone and knows the company's terminology. Recordings are only used to produce the text and are not kept afterwards.
