Minutes: playback of MP3 recordings seeks exactly
For uploaded MP3 recordings a playback file with an exact time index in original quality is created in the background. Clicking a position in the transcript starts the audio exactly there, even in long recordings. The original is kept and can still be downloaded; existing recordings are caught up.
- Playback variant in the background A background worker converts transcribed MP3 recordings once (source channels and sample rate are kept) and stores the file next to the original; the audio endpoint delivers it as soon as it exists. At most three attempts per recording; the retention run removes the variant together with the audio.
- Original for download The audio endpoint accepts format=original and then always delivers the uploaded file with its content type and file name.
