Minutes: person list per body and assignment of single passages
Assigned persons are remembered per body and offered as suggestions in later meetings. A single passage can be assigned to another person without changing the whole speaker. Remembered members are taken into account by speaker separation.
- Person list of the body Name, role and a member flag, without voice data; maintained in the body settings, at most 500 persons per body.
- Assignment at the passage A person applies to the whole speaker or to a single passage only; transcript, minutes draft and export show the same name.
- Speaker limit with remembered members Persons remembered as members without an account count as body members during transcription.
