Meetings step by step
Every meeting now shows how far along it is: details, recording, transcript, speakers and minutes, each with its state and the next step. Recordings can be transcribed again with different settings, speakers get suggestions from the conversation and can be merged, and the minute taker's notes go into the draft.
- Progress and next step The list and the detail page show five steps with their state, the next action and whether the next step lies with the current user, for example to approve or distribute.
- Transcribe again The speaker mode, the language and stereo channels as separate speakers can be set for each recording. The recording is then transcribed again; its transcript and speaker assignment are replaced.
- Speaker suggestions and merging When someone is given the floor or introduces themselves, the system suggests the name with a confidence. Two speakers who are the same person can be merged. The talk time per speaker is shown.
- Notes in the draft The minute taker's notes are passed to the minutes draft as hints.
- Recording for an existing meeting A recording in the browser can be attached directly to a meeting that already exists.
