Live call: greeting follows the voice agent settings
The live call from the app now follows the voice agent's greeting rules that previously applied to phone calls only: who starts, the verbatim greeting text and whether the greeting can be interrupted. With an uninterruptible greeting, no microphone audio reaches speech recognition during the greeting, which removes the double greeting caused by echo or room noise.
- Verbatim greeting text The agent's greeting text is spoken verbatim in the live call with the date substituted; without a text the same default as on the phone applies.
- Who starts If the agent is set to «caller starts», the live call triggers no greeting and listens right away.
- Uninterruptible greeting During the greeting window the app's microphone packets are not forwarded; the window ends after playback plus a short tail, at the latest after 20 seconds. An explicit interrupt ends it immediately.
